Welcome to www.studioe-mc.com. These terms govern the use of the Studio E website at www.studioe-mc.com/shop through which items may be purchased from the Studio E Online Shop collectively referred to herein as “the Site”.

By (a) accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site by any means; (b) shopping at www.studioe-mc.com/shop; or (c) registering your details with us to receive email or other services you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms as they may be modified from time to time. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In these Terms we are referred to as "Studio E".

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site including without limitation text, graphics, images, audiovisual material, user contributions, trademarks, logos, product details, applications and/or software published or otherwise available on the Site (“the Content”) is the property of Studio E or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international copyright laws. All rights are hereby reserved.

3. License

Subject to these terms you are granted a limited, temporary, revocable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, images or prices; any derivative use of the Site or the Content. You may not download, copy, reproduce, modify, store, archive, show in public, redistribute or commercially exploit in any way any part of the Site or the Content without the prior written consent of Studio E.

4. Your profile

If you register your details on the Site for whatever purpose you agree that we will create an account for you. You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and for restricting access to your computer while you are logged in. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your account’s username and password.
“My Account” is where you manage your account details and mailing-list preferences. You can change your invoice address details, your login details (e-mail address and password), and your telephone number (which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order). You can also select whether or not you wish to receive any marketing communications from us by email or post.

5. Pricing of items for sale on the Site

We work hard to ensure our website is up-to-date and accurate. However, if a price error is detected we will either contact you to ask if you wish to cancel your order, or ask if you wish to proceed with it at the correct price, or we will cancel your order and refund your money. Studio E is under no obligation to sell goods at the incorrect price. Prices and promotions will sometimes be specific to our website shop.
You can change the currency in which prices are shown on the shop web. Once you have chosen a currency, this choice will remain the default setting for all prices for the rest of your session on our site. Please note: all converted prices are approximate, and are provided for your convenience of reference only. We update our approximated conversion rates regularly to help keep this approximation as exact as possible. However, the price you will actually be charged depends on the rate at the point of billing (when we despatch your order to you), rather than the estimated converted total at point of order. Studio E is not responsible for any such discrepancy between these rates.

6. Tax Charges

VAT (Value-Added Tax) is charged for orders made from within the European Union. VAT will be calculated at check-out. Orders to countries outside the EU are VAT-free.

7. Ordering

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
If goods are out of stock, you will see a note about this during the checkout process. You can still finish the order and we will then inform you by email about the possible delivery date. You may of course also inform with us before placing the order concerning availability of goods. If you have placed an order for some item which is out of stock, you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

8. Delivery

The delivery address must be the one registered to the credit/debit card being used.
The customer can choose between a regular mail service or a registered mail service when placing the order, if available for the specific billing address.
Items are usually shipped within 48 hours (of business days). Once a sale has been processed we will email you confirming delivery status.

9. Guarantee & Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order from Studio E Online Shop. If any item does not meet with your expectations, please contact the Studio E Customer Services Department directly within 7 working days of delivery. The following conditions must be met:

• You must write or email us with your intention
• Goods must not have been used and CDs should still be sealed.
• Any additional products that were included in the box, must also be returned.
• Packaging must be undamaged and complete.
• The goods must arrive back to us in the same condition they left us. You may wish to consider insuring the goods.
• The cost of sending the goods back to us will be at your own expense

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

10. Complaints

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your experience using Studio E Online Shop, please write to us via our contact form (see Contact Us in the sidebar).

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

Studio E reserve the right to change any of our offers without giving notice. Studio E shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including without limitation lost profits or failure to fulfill any duty) or for any other indirect or punitive damages that arise from the use of the Site or the Content.

12. Applicable law

By using the Site and the Content you agree that these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You also agree that the Spanish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or the Content.
